This is a Critical Application Item (CAI) procurement conducted under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF/SEPA) authority. It requires ISO 9001 or higher quality standards and will be evaluated under commercial products and commercial services procedures. The warranty covers supplies of a noncomplex nature for 365 days, with defects to be reported within 45 days after discovery. Contractors must use Wide Area Workflow for payment via invoice and receiving report combo and comply with mandatory Workflow Pro Mod Assist. The contract also incorporates clauses on Navy AbilityOne support contractor information release, Buy American/trade agreements/balance of payments, sea transportation, security prohibitions, equal opportunity for veterans and workers with disabilities, royalty information, and national defense/emergency/energy priority ratings.
