This is a Request for Quotation for a critical application item (CAI) solicited under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF) authority, formerly SEPA, and no drawings are available. The contract requires ISO 9001 or higher quality compliance, MIL-STD-130 markings, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging as specified elsewhere in the schedule. A 365-day warranty applies, with defects to be reported within 45 days after discovery. Payment will be made through Wide Area Workflow using an invoice and receiving report combo, and mandatory use of the Workflow Pro Mod Assist module is required.
