This opportunity is for newly manufactured spare parts, except for P-8/P-3 Platform commercial items that are readily available on the commercial market and accompanied by FAA Form 8130-3 airworthiness approval documentation; otherwise only new unused OEM stock is acceptable. Refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material will not be accepted. Offers from sources that are not government-approved suppliers will be technically unacceptable, and distributors of approved sources must provide an authorized distributor letter on the source’s letterhead to the buyer point of contact. The contractor must meet an AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent higher-level quality requirement and provide a 12-month warranty, with defects reported within 45 days after discovery. Payment will be handled through Wide Area Workflow using an invoice and receiving report combo.
