The Navy is seeking newly manufactured spare parts with a higher-level quality requirement of AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent, and payment will be handled through Wide Area Workflow using an invoice/receiving report combination. Only government-approved sources of supply are acceptable; distributors of approved sources must provide an authorized distributor letter on the source’s letterhead, and offers from non-approved sources will be technically unacceptable. Refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material is not acceptable, except for P-8/P-3 platform commercial items readily available on the commercial market and accompanied by current FAA Form 8130-3 airworthiness approval. The requirement includes a 12-month warranty, with defects to be reported within 45 days after discovery. AbilityOne and Workflow Pro requirements also apply.
