This acquisition is being issued under EAF Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities and will use standard Navy/DoD clauses covering Wide Area Workflow payment via invoice and receiving report combo, mandatory Workflow Pro Mod Assist, AbilityOne support-contractor release, equal opportunity, Buy American/trade agreements/balance-of-payments, recovered-material reporting, security prohibitions, annual representations and certifications, royalty information, and a national defense/emergency/energy priority rating. Only government-approved sources of supply are eligible; offers from non-approved sources will be technically unacceptable. Any distributor of an approved source must provide an authorized distributor letter on the source’s letterhead to the buyer point of contact via email. Interested parties should confirm approved-source status and distributor authorization before preparing an offer.
