Drawings and technical data are not available, and the acquisition is issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities. Quality requirements include ISO 9000 or equivalent, MIL-STD-130 markings, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging as applicable. A 12-month warranty applies, with defects to be reported within 45 days after discovery.
