The solicitation is issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF)/Special Emergency Procurement Authority (SEPA). It requires ISO 9000 or equivalent quality standards and a one-year warranty from delivery, with defects to be reported within 45 days of discovery. Drawings are not available for the RFQ. Only government-approved sources are eligible, and distributors of approved sources must provide an authorized distributor letter on the source’s letterhead to the buyer via email. FMS delivery and shipping instructions are TBD, and invoicing/payment uses Wide Area Workflow with mandatory WFP Mod Assist.
