This is a procurement for 10 units of a specific part that must be acquired or repaired only by a source specified on a controlled drawing, as other sources cannot be qualified. The Government does not possess the technical data or rights to allow acquisition from alternative sources. Award will be made only to an offeror, product, or manufacturer that meets the specified qualification requirements at the time of award. Although not using commercial item procedures, the Government will consider capability statements for providing a commercial equivalent within 15 days of this notice.
