This is a procurement of two newly manufactured commercial aircraft components, delivered FOB origin, that must meet the Government’s form, fit, and function requirements. Offerors must document commerciality, traceability, and technical compliance, and only government-approved sources are acceptable; distributors must provide an authorized distributor letter from the approved source. All delivered components must be FAA-certified and accompanied by a properly executed FAA Form 8130-3 Authorized Release Certificate, and refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material is unacceptable. Standard commercial packaging, labeling, warranty at least equal to that offered to commercial customers, and technical support during warranty are required, while no military-unique CDRL or IUID is required for these commercial items. Drawings are not available, and Government inspection/acceptance may be conducted at source with Product Verification Testing incorporated as applicable.
