This is a fixed-price contract for the repair, testing, and inspection of a commercial, nondevelopmental, off-the-shelf item. Offerors must be government-approved sources, and any distributor must submit an authorized distributor letter from the source at the time of proposal submittal or be deemed non-responsive. Past performance must be acceptable as documented in SPRS/FAPIIS. The item must use SAE-AS22759 wire instead of MIL-W-81381 wire, comply with IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C where applicable, and meet MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements. This solicitation is issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities.
