The effort requires manufacturing the Coupling, Regulated, Aerial Pressure Refueling, Type MA-3, Part Number 61520-2 in accordance with the Quality Assurance Provisions and Contract Data Requirements List dated 01 October 2024, with First Article test modifications to the QAP dated 01 October 2026. Hardcopy QAP and CDRL can be obtained from N231 Source Development. First Article Testing will be performed at Fleet Readiness Center East (a Government facility), while dimensional checks and Eaton's ATP61520-2 may be performed at the contractor's facility with a Government representative present. MIL-STD-2073 packaging applies, and certificates of conformance for materials may be accepted in place of destructive materials verification tests. Award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer, and proof of authorization must be provided on company letterhead signed by a responsible official and submitted with the offer.
