This opportunity is for manufacture, testing, and inspection of a non-critical ALRE item in accordance with NAWCAD Lakehurst drawing 623188 (latest revision) and all referenced specifications, with markings per MIL-STD-130. The contractor is responsible for providing all fixtures, jigs, dies, patterns, mylars, special tooling, test equipment, and other manufacturing aids unless expressly provided elsewhere. If MIL-STD-454 is referenced, the contractor must demonstrate compliance with IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C. Numerous Navy drawing data items apply, and packaging must follow MIL-STD 2073 as found elsewhere in the schedule. The procurement is issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF), formerly known as SEPA.
