The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting quotations under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, and drawings are not available for this requirement. Only government-approved sources of supply will be considered technically acceptable, and offers from unapproved sources will be ineligible for award. Distributors of approved sources must provide an authorized distributor letter on the source’s letterhead to the buyer point of contact via email. The contract includes a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, with defects to be reported within 45 days after discovery. Payment will be handled through Wide Area Workflow using invoice and receiving report procedures.
