This DLA procurement is issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (formerly SEPA) and requires ISO 9000 or equivalent quality standards. Drawings are not available for the Request for Quotation. Offers from sources that are not government-approved sources of supply will be technically unacceptable and ineligible for award. Distributors of approved sources must email an authorized distributor letter on the source’s letterhead to the buyer point of contact with their proposal. Payment will be through Wide Area Workflow using an invoice and receiving report combo, and use of the Workflow Pro Mod Assist module is mandatory.
