This opportunity is for the procurement of newly manufactured spares only; refurbished or repaired items will not be accepted. The parts must be FAA-certified and accompanied by an FAA Authorized Release Certificate (FAA Form 8130-3), and only government-approved sources of supply are eligible, with authorized distributors required to provide a distributor letter. Drawings are not available, and offers from non-approved sources will be considered technically unacceptable. Delivery is to a domestic U.S. freight forwarder under contract to ship the assets to the FMS customer country, as these are non-CLSSA FMS assets not entering the DoD supply chain. The acquisition is being issued under emergency acquisition flexibilities due to urgency.
