This is an Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities procurement for a critical application item, with Critical Safety Item requirements and a higher-level quality requirement of ISO 9001 or higher. The government may conduct a reverse auction and will evaluate responsible offerors/quoters on price, delivery timeframe, and past performance, with non-price factors combined approximately equal to cost or price.
