This is a critical application item (CAI) issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF) authority, requiring ISO 9001 or higher quality standards. Payment will be through Wide Area Workflow with instructions marked TBD, and mandatory use of Workflow Pro (WFP) Mod Assist is required. Drawings are not available, and all Post Award Requests (PARs) must be submitted through the NAVSUP WSS Vendor Portal per clause WSSTERMHZ17. Contractors must request WFP Mod Assist access via the NAVSUP WSS portal, selecting Robyn Grinarml as the point of contact and agreeing to the Privacy Act Agreement.
