This emergency-flexibility acquisition is for an ALRE non-critical item and may include a reverse auction. The contract has a higher-level quality requirement of ISO 9001 or higher. Award evaluation will consider price, delivery timeframe, and past performance, with non-price factors combined approximately equal to cost/price.
