This is a solicitation for newly manufactured spare parts under emergency acquisition authority, with performance and delivery governed by Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer requirements. The parts are wholly owned by FMS customer countries, will never be owned by the U.S. Government or enter the DoD supply chain, and are therefore exempt from Item Unique Identification (IUID) marking. A warranty of 12 months, with a 45-day period to report defects after discovery, is required. Offers from non-government-approved sources are technically unacceptable, and distributors must provide an authorization letter from the approved source at proposal submission.
