This is a solicitation for newly manufactured spare parts under emergency acquisition authority, with performance and delivery to a domestic U.S. freight forwarder for subsequent shipment to foreign military sales (FMS) customer countries. The parts are wholly owned by the FMS customers and will never enter the U.S. DoD supply chain, so specific item unique identification (IUID) marking requirements are waived. Offers for refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material are ineligible, and distributors must provide authorization letters from approved sources. The contract includes a warranty requiring defect reporting within 45 days of discovery for a 12-month period.
