This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement for a Critical Safety Item, solicited under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities. The contract requires the supplier to meet the AS/EN/JISQ 9100 quality standard or its equivalent. A 12-month warranty is required for supplies of a noncomplex nature.
