Offerors must meet AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent quality requirements, with Critical Safety Item and Contractor Business Systems clauses applying as relevant. Distributors of approved sources must provide an authorized distributor letter on the source’s letterhead to the buyer with the proposal. Payment will use WAWF Invoice and Receiving Report (Combo), and use of the Workflow Pro Mod Assist module is mandatory. Supplies carry a 12-month warranty with defects reported within 45 days of discovery; P-8/P-3 commercial items may qualify with FAA 8130-3 documentation, but otherwise refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material is unacceptable.
