The requirement includes a higher-level contract quality requirement of AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent, mandatory Workflow Pro Mod Assist, and Wide Area Workflow payment via invoice and receiving report combo. A 12-month warranty applies to noncomplex supplies, with defects to be reported within 45 days after discovery. Critical Safety Items are covered by DFARS 252.209-7010, and DLAD Procurement Note E05 is incorporated by reference. DFARS 252.242-7005 for Contractor Business Systems applies as applicable. Other incorporated terms address Buy American/Free Trade Agreements, equal opportunity, security prohibitions, royalty information, and a National Defense priority rating.

The Government requires 10 EA of NSN 7R-2835-016997060-P8, reference 3800702-2, with delivery FOB Origin. This is a flight-critical Critical Safety Item requiring Government source approval prior to contract award; only previously approved sources have been solicited, and new sources must submit the required NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure data with their offer to be considered. The item is commercial/nondevelopmental/off-the-shelf, and applicable DFARS clauses for Critical Safety Items, Procurement Note E05 (DLAD 46.292), and Contractor Business Systems are incorporated by reference. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, though responsible sources may identify interest or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements. Any decision to compete based on responses is solely within the Government’s discretion, and award may proceed on Fleet support needs if source approval cannot be processed in time.
