The contractor must maintain an approved quality system (MIL-I-45208A, MIL-Q-9858, ISO/AS 9000/9001/9002 or equivalent) and implement a Repair Quality Plan covering inspection, purchased material control, failure analysis, nonconforming material, and recordkeeping.
