This is a fixed-price contract for inspection of supplies, requiring compliance with AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or an equivalent quality management standard. Payment will be processed through Wide Area Workflow. A 12-month warranty applies, with defects to be reported within 45 days of discovery. This is a critical safety and critical application item, and only newly manufactured spares from government-approved sources are acceptable; refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material is ineligible for award. Due to the urgency of this acquisition, offers from non-approved sources will be deemed technically unacceptable, and distributors must submit an authorized distributor letter at the time of proposal.
