This solicitation is for a critical application item requiring MIL-STD-130 marking, and offers from non-government-approved sources will be deemed technically unacceptable. The contractor must maintain a quality control system per Mil-I-45208A, Mil-Q-9858, ISO-9000/9001/9002 or equivalent, and develop a Repair Quality Plan. The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements, including receiving inspection of purchased material with records maintained for government review. Failure analysis, corrective action, and nonconforming material controls are required, with Material Review Board authority for "AS-IS" disposition retained by the government. The government may randomly select repaired items for performance, environmental, and quality conformance testing at a designated location.
