This government solicitation is for a critical application item (CAI) and is issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF). Only government-approved sources of supply will be considered; offers from other sources will be deemed technically unacceptable. Authorized distributors of approved sources must submit a copy of their authorized distributor letter to the buyer point of contact via email at the time of proposal submission. The contract will incorporate standard federal clauses covering item identification, valuation, payment via Wide Area Workflow, Buy American and free trade agreements, equal opportunity, and security prohibitions.
