This is a solicitation for newly manufactured spare parts, primarily for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer countries. The work requires compliance with the AS/EN/JISQ 9100 quality standard or an equivalent. A 12-month warranty is required for supplies. For most items, offers from sources not approved by the government will be deemed technically unacceptable, though there is an exception for certain commercial items for the P-8/P-3 platform. The parts will be delivered to a domestic U.S. freight forwarder for subsequent shipment to the customer country.
