This is a solicitation for the procurement of new, unused spare parts, primarily for FMS (Foreign Military Sales) customer countries. The work involves supplying parts, with specific quality requirements including AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent certification. For most items, offers from sources not on the government-approved suppliers list will be deemed technically unacceptable, though there is an exception for certain commercial items for the P-8/P-3 platform. The requirement for Item Unique Identification (IUID) marking is explicitly waived for these non-CLSSA FMS assets. Two specific repair sources, Honeywell and Parker, have been added as approved FMS-only repair sources.
