This is a procurement for new, unused Critical Safety Item spares, primarily for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer countries. The work requires compliance with AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent quality standards. A key condition is that offers from sources not approved by the government will be deemed technically unacceptable, and distributors must provide authorization letters. The requirement for Item Unique Identification (IUID) is explicitly waived for these non-CLSSA FMS assets, as they will never be owned by or enter the U.S. DoD supply chain.
