This is a solicitation for newly manufactured spare parts, primarily for FMS customer countries, with specific quality and sourcing requirements. The work requires compliance with the AS/EN/JISQ 9100 quality standard or an equivalent. Offers from sources not approved by the government will be deemed technically unacceptable, and distributors must provide an authorization letter from the approved source at the time of proposal submission. For parts other than those specified for the P-8/P-3 platform, refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material is not acceptable. The parts are non-CLSSA FMS assets that will be delivered to a domestic U.S. freight forwarder for shipment to the customer country and will never enter the U.S. DoD supply chain.
