This is a solicitation for newly manufactured spare parts, primarily for FMS customer countries, with specific quality and sourcing requirements. The work requires compliance with the AS/EN/JISQ 9100 quality standard or an equivalent. Offers from sources not approved by the government will be deemed technically unacceptable, and distributors must provide an authorization letter from the approved source. For parts other than specified commercial items for the P-8/P-3 platform, refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material is not acceptable. The Item Unique Identification and Valuation (IUID) requirement is waived for these non-CLSSA FMS assets as they will never be delivered to or owned by the U.S. Department of Defense.
