This is a procurement for Critical Safety Item spares, primarily for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer countries. The work requires compliance with quality standard AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent. Offers for parts must be for newly manufactured spares from government-approved sources, with distributors providing authorization letters at proposal submission. For items other than specified commercial platform parts, refurbished or repaired material is unacceptable. The parts are FMS-owned assets that will be delivered to a domestic U.S. freight forwarder and will never enter the U.S. DoD supply chain.
