This is a solicitation for newly manufactured spare parts, primarily for FMS customer countries, with specific quality and sourcing requirements. Offers from sources not approved by the government will be deemed technically unacceptable, and distributors must provide authorization from the approved source. The parts are non-CLSSA FMS assets that will be delivered to a domestic U.S. freight forwarder for shipment to the customer country and will never enter the U.S. DoD supply chain.
