Offerors that are not government-approved sources will be technically unacceptable; distributors of approved sources must submit an authorized distributor letter on source letterhead via email at proposal submittal. Quality requirements include AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent, Critical Safety Item and Contractor Business Systems clauses, and possible Government source inspection/acceptance with Product Verification Testing; drawings are not available. A 12-month noncomplex supplies warranty applies, with defects to be reported within 45 days after discovery. These non-CLSSA FMS assets are delivered to a domestic U.S. freight forwarder for shipment to the customer country, and IUID marking is deleted because they never enter the DoD supply chain or U.S. Government ownership.

This is a small business set-aside acquisition for three each of a commercial/off-the-shelf, flight-critical item, delivered FOB origin. Government source approval is required before award, and only previously approved sources have been solicited because full and open competition is not supported by the available technical data.
