The time required to approve a new source normally means award cannot be delayed pending approval. If you are not an approved source, you must submit the applicable NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure information with your proposal, or if a source approval request is already being evaluated, include a copy of the forwarding cover letter; offers missing required data or prior-submission documentation will not be considered. The acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns, with the specific set-aside type identified in the solicitation, and award may proceed based on Fleet support needs if approval cannot be completed in time.
