This procurement is for two newly manufactured commercial aircraft components (NSN 7R-1680-016008154-P8, ref 4221T100-3), delivered FOB origin. Offerors must supply FAA-certified parts with a properly executed FAA Form 8130-3 Authorized Release Certificate issued by an FAA-approved production approval holder. Documentation of commerciality, traceability, technical form/fit/function compliance, and authorized distributor status is required; only government-approved sources are eligible. Refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material is unacceptable, and drawings are not available. Standard commercial warranty/support, packaging, marking, and traceability requirements apply, with no military-unique CDRL or IUID required unless specified.
