Offerors must be government-approved sources of supply, and distributors of approved sources must submit an authorized distributor letter on the source’s letterhead to the buyer point of contact. Drawings are not available for this Request for Quote. Applicable Critical Safety Items and Contractor Business Systems DFARS clauses are incorporated by reference, and the solicitation is issued under EAF/SEPA authority. The solicitation also includes mandatory use of the Workflow Pro Mod Assist module and various required certifications and representations.
