Offers from non-government-approved sources are technically unacceptable and ineligible; distributors of approved sources must submit an authorized distributor letter on the source’s letterhead to the buyer point of contact via email. Only newly manufactured spares are acceptable; refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material will not be accepted and offers for such material are ineligible.
