This solicitation is issued under EAF Authority (formerly SEPA) and incorporates DFARS clauses for Critical Safety Items and Contractor Business Systems as applicable. Drawings are not available for this Request for Quote. Only government-approved sources of supply are acceptable; offers from non-approved sources will be technically unacceptable and ineligible for award. Distributors of approved sources must submit an authorized distributor letter on source letterhead to the buyer point of contact via email. All offered spares must be newly manufactured; refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material will not be accepted and is ineligible for award.
