Drawings are not available, and offers from sources that are not government-approved sources of supply will be deemed technically unacceptable. Distributors of approved sources must submit an authorized distributor letter on the source’s letterhead to the buyer point of contact via email. All offered spares must be newly manufactured; refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material will not be accepted and is ineligible for award. The effort also mandates use of the Workflow Pro (WFP) Mod Assist module and includes various FAR/DFARS representations, certifications, and Buy American trade agreement provisions.
