Offers are limited to Government-approved sources, and distributors must submit an authorized distributor letter on source letterhead with their proposal; drawings are not available. Delivery requires commercial packaging with traceable packing lists, and components must be labeled with part number, manufacturer/CAGE code, and lot or serial number if applicable. A standard commercial warranty is required, at least equal to that offered to commercial customers and covering workmanship and replacement parts with technical support during the warranty period, with the applicable clause referencing a 12-month warranty and 45 days after discovery of a defect.
