This procurement, issued under EAF Authority (formerly SEPA), is for FAA-certified parts requiring an FAA Authorized Release Certificate (Form 8130-3 Airworthy Approval Tag), and only government-approved sources or authorized distributors of approved sources may supply them. Offerors must meet AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent quality requirements; non-approved sources will be deemed technically unacceptable and ineligible for award. Distributors of approved sources must provide an authorized distributor letter on source letterhead to the buyer point of contact. All items must be newly manufactured spares; refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material is unacceptable. Applicable requirements include Critical Safety Items (DFARS 252.209-7010), source inspection/acceptance with Product Verification Testing (DLAD 52.?-9004) when applicable, Contractor Business Systems (DFARS 252.242-7005) as applicable, and a 12-month warranty with defects reported within 45 days after discovery; drawings are not available.
