Offers from non-government-approved sources will be deemed technically unacceptable, and distributors of approved sources must provide an authorized distributor letter on the source’s letterhead to the buyer. The procurement is issued under EAF/SEPA authority and incorporates Critical Safety Item, Contractor Business Systems, and source inspection/Product Verification Testing requirements as applicable. No drawings are available, and a higher-level quality requirement of AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent applies. A 12-month warranty applies, with defects to be reported within 45 days after discovery.
