This is a fixed-price procurement for newly manufactured FAA-certified spare parts, and only government-approved sources are eligible; distributors of approved sources must provide an authorized distributor letter on source letterhead to the buyer. Offerors must meet AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent quality requirements, with Critical Safety Item and product verification testing clauses incorporated as applicable. An FAA Authorized Release Certificate/FAA Form 8130-3 Airworthy Approval Tag is required, and drawings are not available. Government inspection and acceptance may be conducted at source, and payment is via Wide Area Workflow invoice/receiving report combo. A 12-month warranty applies, with defects to be reported within 45 days after discovery.
