Offerors must be government-approved sources or authorized distributors of approved sources, and all parts must be FAA-certified with an FAA Authorized Release Certificate (FAA Form 8130-3). The contract includes higher-level quality requirements (AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent) and a 12-month warranty period for noncomplex supplies.
