Offerors must be government-approved sources or authorized distributors with a distributor letter, and must provide traceability documentation to verify the supply chain. Components must meet form, fit, and function requirements, with a standard commercial warranty at least equal to the vendor's commercial terms (including 12 months coverage and 45 days for defect discovery). Refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired items are not acceptable, and drawings are not available. Offers from non-approved sources will be deemed technically unacceptable and ineligible for award.
