Offerors must be government-approved sources of supply, and distributors must submit an authorized distributor letter with their proposal. A higher-level quality requirement applies, with AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent required, and a 12-month warranty applies with defects reported within 45 days after discovery. Drawings are not available, and offers from non-approved sources will be deemed technically unacceptable.
