This solicitation is issued under EAF Authority (formerly SEPA) and incorporates DFARS clauses for Critical Safety Items and Contractor Business Systems. Drawings are not available, and offers from sources that are not government-approved will be deemed technically unacceptable. Authorized distributors must submit a letter from the approved source with their proposal. Only newly manufactured spares are acceptable; refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material is ineligible for award.
