This is a non-CLSSA Foreign Military Sales spare-parts requirement for FAA-certified parts that must have an FAA Authorized Release Certificate (Form 8130-3 Airworthy Approval Tag), and only government-approved sources or authorized distributors of approved sources are eligible; other offers are technically unacceptable. Only newly manufactured spares are acceptable—refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material will not be accepted. The requirement includes Critical Safety Item provisions, source inspection/product verification testing, and a 12-month warranty with defects to be reported within 45 days after discovery. Drawings are not available, and IUID marking/tracking is deleted because the parts remain FMS-customer-owned and never enter the DoD supply chain. Delivery will be to a domestic U.S. freight forwarder for shipment to the FMS customer country.
